1889 Club – Commemorative Strip 2025
As you are all hopefully aware, the Club recently introduced an initiative called ‘Club 1889’. Members can join at one of three different levels by monthly subscription, with each level offering different ‘rewards’ for members. All proceeds raised are used for the benefit of Darvel Football Club.
To mark this initiative, the Committee decided to commission a new top designed by Darvel's local artist Artwork by ZM.
The top will be a uniquely Darvel experience with the outfield top primarily in RED in memory of our 2017 Ayrshire District League winning kit and, who can ever forget the night, our famous Scottish Cup victory over Aberdeen FC.
To make this top even more special, a silhouette of the view of the old railway viaduct at Loudoun Hill will feature on the front of the top. This silhouette will be formed by names of the squads that featured in both of the above events. The playing kit will be available to purchase from the club and would make a great collectable addition for any supporter orders are being taken separatley.
Due to printing deadlines we an not accept name purchases after 10 October 2025. The finished playing top will be available in time for Christmas. Youth prices £25 and Adult £40.
